1. Order Processing

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended without prior notice.


2. Shipping & Courier Partners

  • We ship orders through third-party courier and logistics partners.

  • Courier partner selection is based on serviceability, location, and operational feasibility.

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is governed by the courier partner’s policies and processes.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimated only and not guaranteed.

  • Typical delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may experience longer delivery times.

Delays caused by weather conditions, operational issues, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.


4. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be marked RTO (Return to Origin).


5. Undelivered & RTO Shipments

Orders may be marked undelivered or returned to origin due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Unreachable or incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Re-shipping, if requested, may be done at an additional shipping cost, subject to feasibility


6. Courier-Related Delays or Non-Delivery

In rare cases where non-delivery occurs due to courier-related issues:

  • Resolution (if any) will be subject strictly to the courier partner’s investigation and outcome

  • Ajanta Corporate Industry shall not be held liable for losses, delays, or delivery failures caused by third-party courier services


7. Proof of Delivery

  • Courier tracking status and delivery confirmation shall be considered valid proof of delivery.

  • Once marked Delivered, the shipment is deemed successfully completed.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing:

  • Complete and accurate shipping address

  • Valid and reachable contact number

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


9. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

  • COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
