3. Sample Kit Policy (Quality Verification)

To help customers make informed purchasing decisions, we offer a paid Sample Kit at a nominal amount.

  • The Sample Kit is provided solely for quality, material, and usability evaluation.

  • Customers are strongly advised to order the Sample Kit before placing bulk or regular orders.

  • Once a customer chooses to place a regular order, it is assumed that they are satisfied with the product quality.

Quality dissatisfaction will not be considered a valid reason for return or refund after delivery.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

  • We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s processes and policies.

6. Undelivered or Failed Deliveries

  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable contact details, refusal to accept, or customer unavailability, no refund will be issued.

  • In cases where non-delivery occurs due to courier-related issues, resolution (if any) will be strictly subject to the courier partner’s investigation and outcome.

  • Ajanta Corporate Industry shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the hygiene-sensitive and disposable nature of our products:

  • No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier partner.

  • This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal dissatisfaction

    • Incorrect ordering by the customer

    • Expectations mismatch

By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to this No Return & No Refund condition.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Any issue regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video and supporting evidence may be required.

  • Resolution, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Ajanta Corporate Industry.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in order cancellation or account restriction without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ajanta Corporate Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
